Terms of Use
Your use of the GBM Manufacturing Inc. website, including any affiliated sites, content, or products is subject to the terms of this agreement. By accessing, browsing, shopping, or using this site in any way you agree to accept the terms of this agreement
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are the sole discretion of GBM Manufacturing Inc. Payment must be received and authorized in a form approved by GBM Manufacturing Inc. as stated on this site. Invoices are due and payable by the payment date as stated in the sales order. GBM Manufacturing Inc. is not responsible for any banking, checking, credit card, or other payment fees associated with purchase.
Shipping
Shipping options, fees, and carriers are to be determined by GBM Manufacturing Inc. and agreed upon by the customer at the time of sale. The customer is responsbile for all applicaple shipping charges, handling fees, warehouse, and storage charges if they are unable to accept the order upon delivery. Pallet and container handling is the responsability of the customer at the time of delivery and GBM Manufacturing Inc. will not be held responsible for any damages that occur in transit or at time of delivery. Shipping to PO boxes is not available.
Taxes
The customer is responsible for any state or federal taxes as listed in the sales order due at the date of purchase.
Returns
Product with quality issues may be returned within 14 days of ordering. Quality issues are as the sole discretion of GBM Manufacturing Inc. The customer may be asked to provide photos or other evidence documenting any product quality issues before a return is granted. There's a 25% restocking fee on all orders. The buyer is responsbile for all return shipping. Orders returned after 14 days of ordering will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original packaging and boxes. Items that are returned damaged will not be refunded. Discounted, sale, and sample orders are non-returnable.
Sales, Coupons, and Promotions
The customer must use any sale, coupon, discount, or promotion within the intended use as determined by GBM Manufacturing Inc. Sales, coupons, discounts, and promotions will not be offered before or past their set start and end date. Sales, coupons, discounts, and promotions may not be distributed or sold to other parties without the consent of GBM Manufacturing Inc.
